The Central Linn School District prohibits discrimination and harassment on any basis protected by law, including but not limited to, an individual's perceived or actual race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national or ethnic origin, marital status, age, mental or physical disability or perceived disability, pregnancy, familial status, economic status, or veterans' status, or because of a perceived or actual association with any other individuals within these protected classes.
The district prohibits discrimination and harassment in, but not limited to, in employment, assignment and promotion of personnel; educational opportunities and services offered students; student assignment to schools and classes; student discipline; location and use of facilities; educational offerings and materials; and accommodating the public at public meetings. (District meeting locations are accessible to persons with disabilities. A request for an interpreter or for other accommodations should be made at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting.)
Any person may report discrimination, whether or not they are a victim. To file a complaint (per Board Policy AC-AR), please submit the Discrimination Complaint Form or contact the appropriate coordinator below. (Note: If you wish to anonymously and/or informally report a Bias Incident, you may do so per Board Policy ACB-AR.)
All Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs in this school district are open to all students. The District will take steps to assure that the lack of English language skills will not be a barrier to admission and participation in CTE programs.
