If the measure passes, the Cobra Dome and Auditorium would receive system upgrades, including: roofing, electrical, mechanical ventilation, ADA upgrades, asbestos abatement, fire alarm, and fire sprinkler.

Currently the auditorium is also used as the cafeteria. If the measure passes, the new classroom wings would include a dedicated kitchen and cafeteria space for students.

The Cobra Dome and Auditorium received a Seismic Grant in 2022 that included seismic upgrades and a replacement of the roof.

Currently, the High School kitchen operates out of 4 separate spaces within the existing building: the food preparation area, the dishwashing area, the dry storage, and the cold storage. If the measure passes, new kitchen and cafeteria would be built.

If the measure passes, a new locker room would be built.

If the measure passes, the elementary school would receive:

• Safety and security upgrades, including a secure main entry
• Energy efficient roof and window replacements
• Restroom expansions
• A dedicated restroom for the Kindergarten building
• Interior updates, including flooring and painting
• Stormwater management improvements
   

If the measure passes, security upgrades would include:

• New secure main entry and secure exterior doors
• New cameras and intercom system
• Fire safety upgrades
• Improved air quality systems
• Updated electrical infrastructure for safety and reliability

If the the measure passes, the CTE building would receive:

• New shop spaces
• Updated learning environments for career-focused education
