NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Central Linn School Board objects to the July 29th mandate as a form of Government overreach that eliminates options and choices for leadership closest to students and families to support ongoing health and safety.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the School Board supports the return to a local decision-making model which includes a partnership with district leaders and the Local Public Health Authority on all health and safety issues for schools.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the School Board believes our schools are safe and welcoming to all staff, students, and community members. The School Board aims to keep students in school and supply them with the best academic experience possible while keeping students, staff and community members safe.
